Bakery

  • Production capacity of 6,000 lbs. per hour

  • JTM Hoagie Rolls are available in lengths from 5” to 12” and are made using a number of bread recipes. They are also available fully baked, par-baked, sliced, hinged or unsliced and docked with either a water or diagonal razor cut
  • JTM Kaiser Buns come in small (4.25”) and large (5”) sizes, fully baked and sliced
