JTM Products:


1. Heat chili for 30 minutes in steamer or water both (heat to 145*F for 15 seconds HACCP)

2. Using nonstick cooking spray, spray full size hotel pan

3. Place portioned elbow pasta into pan

4. Combine hot water and chili and mix thoroughly

5. Cover and bake in 300*F oven for 30 minutes

6. Remove and stir place back into oven for an additional 15 minutes

7. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top

8. Bake for an addtional 10 to 15 minutes uncovered

6.8 oz. serving by weight or 7/8 cup by volume

One serving provides: 2.0 oz. M/MA + 1.0 oz. Grain Equivalent + 1/4 cup R/O vegetable
