1. Heat JTM Seasoned Beef and JTM General Tso Sauce to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145°F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.
2. Steam broccoli slaw and roast tricolor peppers and onions until tender
3. Combine seasoned beef, general tso's sauce, broccoli, peppers, and onions, then blend thoroughly; serve over a 1/2 cup lo mein noodles.
