Instructions:

1. Heat JTM/Culinary Seasoned Beef according to instructions to an internal temperature of 145*F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145*F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service. (approximately 45 min. to 1 hr.)

2. Blend JTM Poco Enchilada Sauce, chunky salsa, and diced peppers, then heat to 145*F or higher.

3. Combine beef tips with chunky salsa.



5.61 oz. Serving = 2.0 oz. M/MA = 4.11 oz. meat + 1.5 oz. sauce



Optional serving suggestions:
