Texas Style Beef & Bean Chili

Instructions:

1. Heat JTM Beef Tips in steamer or water bath to 165*F and hold hot at 145*F until service. (approximately 45 min. - 1 hr.)

2. Combine the ranch beans and kidney beans with diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, granulated garlic, chili powder, and cumin.

3. Cover with pan lid or aluminum foil and simmer for 30-45 minutes

4. Combine beef tips and chili bean mixture.

5. Serve over rice



30 servings: 7.22 oz. (8.0 oz./ spoodle)
