Instructions:

Place the following into serving conatiner and keep chilled until service:

1. 4 oz. (1/2 cup or # 8 disher) thawed JTM Hummus

2. 1 bag WGR pita chips or 12 oz./10-13 chips WGR pita chips (bulk).

3. 3 carrot strips, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 celery sticks, and 3 cucumber strips



One serving provides: 2.0 oz. M/MA + 1.0 oz. WGR equiv. + 1/2 cup Red/Orange veg. + 1/2 cup Other vegetable



To use hummus for legume credit, follow above instructions except increase the individual serving size of hummus to 5.33 oz. (2/3 cup or #6 disher).



Recipe yields 9 servings vs. 12 servings and each veggie is 27 each rather than 36 each
