WGR Breaded Pork Chop Parmesan w/WGR Pasta

JTM Products:


1) Pre-heat oven to 375 F

2) Place JTM Breaded Pork Chop Patties on a oven sheet pans with parchment paper in a single layer

3) Heat for approximately 13 15 minutes or until heated to 160 F internal temp in a convection oven with the fan on low. Heating based on load oven type. For a conventional oven, please allow 15-20 minutes based on load.

4) Add USDA Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (per patty) (100021 foods code) with 4 min left in the cook

5) Place cup serving of heated WGR Spaghetti on the tray (100427 foods code)

6) Place a Pork Chop with Mozzarella on top of the WGR Spaghetti

7) Place a #20 scoop of heated Marinara Sauce on top of the JTM Breaded Pork Chop

8) Please maintain a internal temperature of 140 F until ready for service
