1. Portion a #16 scoop/ 1/4 cup of Hummus into a cup

2. Place 1 individually wrapped light mozzarella sting cheese on tray (110396 foods code)

3. Place 3 strips (app. 1/2'' x 4'') of each of the following on the tray:

a. Carrots (3 each)

b. Celery (3 each)

c. Cucumber (3 each)

4. Place 3 cherry tomatoes on the tray

5. Cover tray in plastic wrap and hold cold for service
