Turkey Enchiladas w/Salsa Verde & Queso

JTM Products:


1. Heat JTM Turkey Taco, JTM Salsa Verde, and JTM Queso Blanco (HACCP Control Point 145* or higher) in a steamer or water bath and hold hot.

2. Using approx 6.0 oz. of heated salsa verde; coat bottom of 3 half size pan. (3 pans)

3. Place 1.75 oz. of heated JTM Turkey Taco Meat in the center of the tortillas.

4. Roll tortillas leaving ends open and place in the full size pan (11 per pan).

5. Ladle an additional 10 oz. of heated salsa verde over the enchiladas.

6. Drizzle heated JTM Queso Blanco over the enchiladas (26 oz.)

7. Bake until ingredients reach 140*F or higher
