Pre-Preparation:

Heat sausage gravy:

Steamer for Meat and Cheese Products (From Frozen):

1) Place unopened pouches in a perforated full-size pan

2) Heat for approximately 45 minutes and check for an internal temp. of 145F (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F for 15 seconds)

3) Once the product has reached internal temperature, place on the serving line or hold hot (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F or higher) until ready to use

4) Open the bag carefully to avoid being burned



Prepare Biscuits:

1. Place thawed biscuits on a sheet pan and heat at 250*F for approximately 10 minutes.



For Elementary Breakfast Serving:

1. Portion #10 scoop = 2.7 oz (3/8 cup by volume) of sausage gravy over one half of a split biscuit

Provides: 1.0 m/ma + 1.0 Grain Equivalent



*For Middle/High School Breakfast Serving:

1. Portion #10 scoop (3/8 cup by volume) of sausage gravy over top of one whole split biscuit
