1. Convection oven (Pre-heated to 350*F): Place frozen JTM Turkey Patties flat on a
sheet pan lined with wax paper. Do not overlap or stack patties. Place sheet pan in a 350*F pre-heated oven and set timer for 7-9 minutes.
2. Remove for oven and place each cooked patty on JTM Pretzel Bun bottom.
3. Place 1.15 oz. of sliced avocados on top of turkey burger. (1-3.5''x 4.75'' slice)
4. Place 1.2 oz./#30 scoop of USDA Salsa (100330) in the center of the turkey.
5. Top with bun and serve.
