1. Heat JTM Cheddar Cheese Sauce (CCP 165*F or higher) and hold hot (CCP 135*F or higher).
2. Place frozen hashbrown potatoes on a sheet tray, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and place in the 350*F pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes.
3. Saute onions until translucent, or bake in the 350*F for 5-7 minutes.
4. Using a 4'' deep hotel pan, combine all ingredients and place in holding cabinet until service.
Optional: Sprinkle 8.0 oz. of shredded chedddar cheese over scalloped potaotes and back in a 350*F oven for 5 minutes are until golden brown.
