For best results, thaw Sous Vide Turkey in cooler (<40F) for 48-72hrs.

From thawed state (Oven method)

1. Remove contents of bag (meat and juices) and place in a SS pan insert. Evenly break up the Sous Vide meat to ensure proper mixing.

2. Cover and place in a 350F oven for approximately 30-45 minutes (to an internal temp of 165F for 15 seconds HACCP Critical Control Point).

3. Use you favorite dry gravy mix and follow the preparation instructions provided by the manufacturer to make 1 gallon of gravy (128 fluid ounces). Substitute 12 cups (96 fluid ounces) or the reserved au jus for the required water in the recipe.

5. Combine the hot held JTM Sous Vide Diced Turkey and hot gravy.

6. Portion 4.0 oz. of the turkey and gravy with 1/2 cup/4.0 oz. ladle/#8 scoop or disher.

Serving suggestion: Serve paired with your favorite vegetable and mashed potatoes for a traditional Thanksgiving Day meal!
