Beefy Bolognese over Penne Pasta

Instructions:

1) Heat JTM Beef Bolognese Sauce in a steamer, kettle or boiling water.

2) Heat for approximately 45 minutes and check for an internal temp. of 165F or higher (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F for 15 seconds)

3) Once the product has reached internal temperature, place on the serving line or in a holding cabinet. Hold hot (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F or higher) until ready to use.

4) Cook penne pasta until al dente; drain, rinse and coat with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.

Assemble:

5) Portion 1/2 cup of cooked penne pasta on a serving tray or serving dish.

6) Portion 5.20 oz. by weight of beef bolognese sauce over pasta and serve.
