Turkey Chorizo and Cheddar Nachos

Pre-Preparation:

1. Heat JTM Turkey Chorizo & Cheddar Cheese Sauce (CCP 165*F or higher) and hold hot (CCP 145F or higher).

To assemble nachos:

1. Portion 2/3 cup/0.90 oz. of WGR tortilla chips on a tray/boat.

2. Portion 3 oz. of turkey chorizo in the center of the tortillas.

3.. Drizzle 1 oz of cheddar around tortillas. cheese sauce over the chorizo and tortillas

4. Portion 2 tbsp./#30 scoop of USDA Salsa (100330) in the center of nachos and serve.
