Turkey Noodle Bake

JTM Products:


1. Heat JTM Turkey & Gravy in a steamer or water bath (HACCP Control Point 140F or higher for 15 seconds) and hold hot.

2.Thaw vegetable blend and reserve to assemble dish.

3. In a 1-4'' deep full size hotel pan, combine turkey & gravy with thawed vegetables, pasta, and water.

4. Cover and bake in a 350*F oven 25-30 min. or until noodles are al dente.

4. Finish with crumbs over turkey noodle casserole.

5. Bake in a 350F oven uncovered for 5 minutes.

6. Portion 7.43 oz. of turkey bake on a plate for 2.0 oz. M/MA by cutting 5x7.
