1. Heat JTM Turkey BBQ to an internal temperature of 165F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.

2. Portion 3.60 oz. by weight or 1/2 cup (#8 scoop) by volume on hamburger bun.

3. Hold hot for service
